Excellent service! Excellent and timely service! We used it several times during our recent stay. We booked via WhatsApp and paid easily via PayPal. The car was clean and spacious enough for our big bags and our driver was always on time and kind. Totally recommended!

Use this fantastic pick up service What a fantastic service! We travel to Kenya frequently but have never used a service like this before, but now so many forms we decided to. We were met by a very friendly and super efficient Giri who swept us through all the immigration, health checks etc. She collected our luggage, took us through customs snd to our driver who was waiting / landing to cab less than 30 minutes and most of that was waiting for BA to unload our bags. Definitely book them!

Nairobi VIP service I used this service and was extremely impressed by Mark and Marcia. They were through and proffesional, taking me through heath authorities ( covid pcr test), luggage screening, check-in, and immigration and final body screening at JKIA Nairobi. Superb service, worth every penny Superb service, worth every penny, especially during 'covid times' when there are extra checks and queues. You get met by a helpful, friendly member of the Umbato team who whisks you straight through to the front of any line, helping you with your luggage along the way. I currently fly in regularly from Dubai and estimate that I save at least 40-60 minutes, possibly more, each way, thanks to the Umbato service. Aside from the convenience of getting in or out very quickly, you avoid the risk of being in close proximity to lots of other people in the various queues. If only they had this services in Lagos... The team are very professional and speak excellent English (as is normal in Kenya). I also use Umbato to get me to and from my hotel. The van is always spotless and well driven and costs a fraction of the cost of the hotel transport service. In the past they organised a safari for me and my family, which was also highly recommended.

Luggage storage made easy We stored our luggage at Umbato's facility for 3 days. The process was super easy and the staff was so friendly. I sent an email and within 5 minutes someone reached out walked to terminal and to meet us. She walked us to the office and explained the process, price and showed us were our items would be stored. We also spoke by phone with the manager who reexplained the process and price. Upon return we picked up our luggage and confirmed everything was present with no damage. We paid what was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend this company.
